PROCUL BOY (9) has been beaten by a couple of very promising types off better runs than he had since resuming from a spell, and he should be spot on with his fitness third up from a spell. The step up to 1400m is the key, and he can go one better. RIVERPLATE (3) was out of the money but not far off the money in a strong G2 Foxbridge Plate at Te Rapa a fortnight ago, and he will find this much easier. Hard to beat. TURN THE ACE (2) will be looking for an uncontested lead in this field, and if he gets his won way in front, he will take plenty of pegging back. GIRL TALK (5) resumes from a spell after making plenty of progress last season. She has trialled up nicely, and should be ready to run boldly fresh. MOSINVADER (7) will be peaking third up from a spell, and is down in weight from his last start. Stick with him.
