Race context
Race preview
NOBLE INTENT (5) was in the money two starts back at Corfield but couldn't back it up last time when seventh, beaten 6 lengths, at Longreach over 1000m. That was well off best but has a nice weight drop and senior rider goes on from the rails. Gets chance to atone. DUSAN (3) finished fifth last time out over 1000m at Dalby, beaten 4 lengths. Well placed here and should be winding up strongly. MR EVANS (6) started at $3.60 last time and ran below expectations, finishing sixth and beaten 5 lengths at Betoota over 1000m. Has form here and can run a better race this time. MIAMI VICE (4) ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 1000m at Betoota after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Has his share of ability and is a top-three prospect. YUKAN ROSE (1) is close to a win. No surprise if she was in the finish.
