This is not much tougher, and she will be hard to beat. PROUDTOBEHERE (4) was not far away in a tougher field at Riccarton nearly 5 weeks ago, and she was a big winner in lesser company here before that. Stick with her. VAMOS (1) has been freshened up since a modest run at Oamaru nearly 7 weeks ago, and if he does not need the hit-out, then he can be competitive. SIGHT TO SEE (2) has won fresh up in the past, and from a handy gate, she should be ready to rumble. DIVINE SPIRIT (6) makes up the 6-horse field, but even she can't be totally overlooked.
