Race context
Race preview
FRANCO LOMU (7) turned in another fine effort last start when he finished second over 1980m at this track, beaten a neck. Will need a bit of luck negotiating a very wide starting position. Good enough to take out a race like this. FREEZE FRAME (5) has not raced for three-and-a-half months. Looks forward enough for this return after winning in a recent trial. Will have plenty of admirers. EUN SOGNO (8) is open to further improvement at the third run back from a break after saluting last time out over 1980m at this track. Likely to be around the mark again. ASHLEY FRANK (4) has been about the mark of late and must be respected, the latest offering a sound fourth at this track over 1980m.
