SUPER ROSA (4) left them to it when sitting outside the pace and proving to be too strong here nearly 3 weeks ago. She steps out beyond 1600m for the first time, but she gives every indication that it will be no trouble at all. On top again. PERFECTMANZ (2) won here 3 starts ago, and if he can produce a similar run, then he is more than capable of taking this out, especially with the aid of a 3kg claim. DANCIN IN THE DARK (3) has some handy recent poly track form, and all of his 4 career wins have ben on the turf. He would like it wet, but even on better ground, he is an each-way hope in this field. AWHINA (1) did not fire at Te Rapa last start, but that was in a far tougher field. Back on his favourite track will see her being very competitive again. Each way. BECAUSE (5) is a tough veteran closing in on his full fitness. Keep him safe in all top 4 combos.
