Tony’s shortlist
Fat Tony’s AI picks
4. Gem N Em Nz
Tony says she controls the tempo again—Hart aboard and the $1.85 fixed favourite is the one to beat.
9. Rockin Bull
Tough as old boots; nearly pinched it here last week and has the gate speed to overcome nine.
3. Startin To Gogh
Forget the stronger races, pal—well drawn, sharply backed fixed odds, and much better suited in this grade.
8. Rudimentary
Country form is rock-solid; wide alley hurts, but he’s got enough zip to be in the finish.
5. Set Up
The form looks ugly, but the market respects him dropping sharply in class—sneaky knockout hope, my friend.

Race context
Race preview
GEM N EM NZ (4) led from a wider barrier last start and kept going to score by 5.4 metres at this circuit and distance. Up in grade but should be able to push forward again so she can go right on with the job. RUDIMENTARY (8) brings strong form from the country, scoring back-to-back wins before going under narrowly as runner-up last start. Has to contend with a very wide draw but is a contender with even luck. ROCKIN BULL (9) must be considered after he continued his good form by finishing runner-up at this circuit and distance a week ago. The ace draw may spark improvement from UNCLE TIGER (1).
