Tony’s shortlist
Fat Tony’s AI picks
8. Wolves' Den
Draws the paint, brings the strongest exposed form, and blinkers could seal the deal, punters.
14. Lady Puissance
Lightweight filly with wet-track form and McNeil aboard—she’s got a proper chance, mate.
12. Hakusan
Shinn, blinkers and upside at 57kg; wide gate is the sting, but he can loom large.
13. Milvian Bridge
O’Brien debutant has trialled plenty; the market knows something, so don’t leave him out.
3. Bolshie
Honest old maiden keeps grinding into the money; each-way type for the crafty operators.

Race preview
WOLVES' DEN (8) looks the clear horse to beat following a key scratching. He's placed in his past two, a distant third to a good one at Cranbourne before a close up effort at Geelong out to this trip. Peaks now and finds an ideal race. LADY PUISSANCE (14) steps up in trip. She was fair at Pakenham Synthetic last time out but had been close up at Seymour prior and this should suit nicely. BOLSHIE (3) is a 25 start maiden who is going okay, good to the line at Pakenham last time out when fourth. He can figure with a bit more fitness. HAKUSAN (12) was solid first up at Pakenham Synthetic and gets Shinn on now, expecting improvement up in trip.
