Tony’s shortlist
Fat Tony’s AI picks
1. Namaste
Tony says the rail-speed debut winner looks a proper short-course rocket—hard to knock.
3. Ain't No Angel
Gets in feather-light and the last 905m second was honest; main danger, capisce.
7. Captured In Time
Five-length maiden demolition was tasty; tougher company, but she has upside.
4. Chanterelle
Boxed on for third behind Angel last time and can pinch a slice again.
8. Great Fiber
Recent form is a bit sour, but old sprint figures give her a multiples chance.

NAMASTE (1) wasted no time getting off the mark on debut over 905m at this track (Dirt) five-and-a-half weeks ago. Has plenty of upside and can win again. AIN'T NO ANGEL (3) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 905m at this track, beaten 3 lengths after being in the firing line on the bend. Finds a suitable race and can go on to take this out. BELLE CAUSE (6) opened this prep with a win two runs ago. Not as effective last time out when fourth over 905m at this track, beaten 3.5 lengths. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. CAPTURED IN TIME (7) accounted for a maiden field over 905m at this track (Dirt) last start, finishing 5 lengths ahead of the nearest rival. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Angel Cruz was in the saddle on that occasion and retains the ride. Harder this time but still one to consider. Something for the Multiples: GREAT FIBER (8)
