DEMARCAY (1) was handy to the turn but couldn't finish the race off against better opposition in town last start over a similar trip to this. Beaten a lip three back by today's key rival SUNNY DISPOSITION over this course and distance and enjoys a massive 8kg turnaround today. Should win on those measures. SUNNY DISPOSITION (3) has struggled since narrowly defeating DEMARCAY here at this journey on 7 July. Meets him terribly at the weights for a half head margin. Dour customer who will run this right out and should be highly competitive all the same. FLAMING GENESIS (8) tracked the leader into the straight but didn't offer much thereafter over 2150m at Ipswich last start. Fitter for two runs back from a spell and should offer a bit more resistance this time. PAPAL MISS (10) is a winner at this distance and must be respected with the light weight on a six-day back-up. ABOVEFORTY (6) has done little in two runs this prep but can improve with the step up in trip.
