Race preview
ESPERANZA (2) had been racing well and again performed admirably last time out, making up plenty of ground in a sustained effort but finding one better over 2240m at Swan Hill. Will enjoy a nice run from this favourable starting position. It doesn't get any easier but on her best form she is capable of testing her rivals. KIMCHI (4) continued his impressive run of recent efforts last start when runner-up over 2200m at this track, beaten 1.75 metres. Stepping up a level this time but he is good enough to take this out. IMALLATTITUDE (3) was responsible for a better effort last time out when runner-up over 1700m at Horsham. Should run a big race. FOREGONE CONCLUSION NZ (5) must be included after winning his past three starts, the latest at this track two weeks ago.
