Fat Tony’s AI picks
1. 9. Lady Camel
Fat Tony: Bank this one — consistent stayer, handy off the back row and a brutal finisher.
2. 5. Smokeys Shadow
Fat Tony: Standing-start specialist — two wins on stands, expect him to pounce.
3. 11. Keptain Courageous
Fat Tony: Fresh winner, gutsy performer — will fight through the 40m and grab a slice.
4. 12. Bronzed
Fat Tony: Trialled up sharp — can bounce back on return despite the 40m.
5. 4. Barbados
Fat Tony: Looks to lead the tempo — honest tempo-setter to sneak a top-five.

Race preview
SMOKEYS SHADOW (5) galloped from the mobile so was brave in defeat when third last start at Central Wheatbelt. Won the last two times he attempted standing starts, both in this grade, so this suits. BRONZED (12) is back from a spell of nine months but looks to be right up to the mark following a recent trial win. Starts from the 40m mark but had decent city form last time in. Well-placed for a winning return. LADY CAMEL (9) has come from the back row to finish fourth in her last two starts at Pinjarra. Switches to the standing start and comes off a 30m handicap but expect her to pose a challenge. KEPTAIN COURAGEOUS (11) starts from the 40m mark but must be respected after coming from the back row and scoring last start at Central Wheatbelt.
