ADMIRABLE NZ (8) went back last start then worked home in good style to finish just 9 metres from the winner in third at this track over 2125m, adding to a string of minor placings. Drawn to enjoy a nice run, with luck possibly playing a role at some point. Won't find this any harder and he can take care of this line-up. ACHY BREAKY ARK (7) is a talented entire first up from a break of three-and-a-half months who generally comes to hand quickly. Finished 45 metres from the winner in ninth over 1730m at Bathurst to kick off last campaign. Drawn to enjoy a cosy run but might need things to go his way at some stage. Finds a nice race so anticipating a bright start to this preparation. CLEAR LEFT NZ (3) didn't do a bad job when fifth over 1609m at Menangle last time out. Each-way prospect. ROCKNROLL GIG (10) is the best of the rest after finishing fourth over 1720m at this track last time out.
