Race preview
ITS MAA TIME (7) impressed when fresh from a spell last start when a convincing winner over 2130m at Gloucester Park on April 21, getting home by 6 metres. Will need a bit of luck negotiating a very wide starting position. Meets a similar line up so she is capable of getting the job done again. OVERLY EXCITED (9) produced a solid effort at his latest appearance when he scored by 1.3 metres over 2190m at Northam. Recent effort is good enough to take out a race like this. OUR VINNIE (11) is one of the main contenders after winning his past two starts, the latest at this track a week ago. Difficult to ignore that sort of form. THE BETTOR SIDE (3) cannot be left out after solid recent performances, the latest a sound second at Gloucester Park over 2130m.
