Race preview
MAJESTIC SUNDAY NZ (6) took charge early on and kept going to record a commanding 20 metres win last start over 2230m at this track, following on from an unplaced effort the run prior at this track. Must overcome a 10m handicap this time. Tough ask but he is up to the task. JET LEGS (5) scored a convincing win when fresh from a spell last time out over 2070m at Gawler on April 13, finishing 4 metres ahead of his rivals. This is a nice drop in class so he is sure to prove tough to beat again. TINEY (4) was unplaced two starts ago then things went amiss last start when he broke and finished 35 metres away in seventh over 2070m at Gawler. This doesn't look as hard so he is capable of turning things around. PERSEVERANSE (2) is heading the right way, improving last time out to finish second at this track over 2230m.
