EASY RED (2) made an encouraging debut, finishing 0.9 lengths from the winner over 1300m at Swan Hill. Was expected to win and will keep improving. OBON (4) had been well educated and was only beaten 2.5L at Yarra Valley on debut. Deserves consideration with the extra fitness.
