Fat Tony’s AI picks
1. 2. Weblec Pebbles
Consistent as a mobster's schedule, should break through.
2. 4. Nova's Fern
Going for the hat-trick, this one's got a serious shot.
3. 5. Handover
Solid form, and coming off a strong chase, major player.
4. 1. Victa Wally
Had a rough last run, but with the right moves, could bounce back.
5. 8. Hot Ruby
Hot from the box, but a bit wide. Still, you can't ignore the fire.

Race preview
HANDOVER (5) finds it hard to break through. Finished second (30.73) at this track last time making it two minors on end. Form at the trip sound including three wins. Good beginner but will need a little luck from a middle draw. Leading chance again. NOVA'S FERN (4) won comfortably last time scoring by 4.5 lengths at Murray Bridge after jumping from box 2 (29.97). Speedy runner who can find the front with a clear break off the middle. Has good early speed so she should be prominent despite the squeeze draw. One of the prime contenders. VICTA WALLY (1) is worth forgiving for his last effort when eighth (32.02) at this track over 530m. Form from his last run is proving to be solid. Key player if finds best. WEBLEC PEBBLES (2) was strongly fancied last time on the back of a win two back but could only manage fifth (31.59) at this track. Comes through a solid form race last start.
